Case Study 1:

Successful Referral and Upgrade

Ram's Referral Journey:

  • Ram, a satisfied user of Hisab-Kitab, shares his unique referral link or code with his friend Shyam.
  • Shyam uses the referral link to sign up for Hisab-Kitab for free.
  • Both Ram and Shyam receive point 300 as a balance in their accounts, that will be used when they upgrade the plan.

Shyam's Upgrade:

  • Shyam explores Hisab-Kitab and decides to upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Shyam uses his 300 POINTS balance to get a discount on the paid plan. So for upgradation he needs to pay 300 lesser than the price.
  • Ram’s 300 POINTS balance, which was pending, is now available for redemption because Shyam upgraded to the paid plan.

Outcome:

  • Ram successfully earns 300 POINTS, which he can now use when he decides to upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Ram & Shyam both gets 300 POINTS off on his paid plan upgrade, making it a win-win situation.

Case Study 2:

Referral Without Immediate Upgrade

Ram's Referral Journey:

  • Ram refers Shyam to Hisab-Kitab using his unique referral code.
  • Shyam signs up free with the referral code, earning both of them 300 POINTS in balance.

Shyam's Decision:

  • Shyam uses Hisab-Kitab but does not immediately upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Shyam’s 300 POINTS balance remains available for whenever he chooses to upgrade.
  • Ram’s 300 POINTS balance stays in pending status, waiting for Shyam to upgrade.

Outcome:

  • Ram has a pending 300 POINTS balance, which will be redeemable once Shyam upgrades.
  • Shyam retains the 300 POINTS balance to use for a future upgrade, giving him flexibility.

Case Study 3:

Multiple Referrals with Mixed Outcomes

Ram's Referral Journey:

  • Ram is proactive and refers both Shyam and another friend, Raj, to Hisab-Kitab.
  • Shyam signs up and receives 300 POINTS, as does Ram (pending until Shyam upgrades).
  • Raj also signs up using Ram’s referral link, earning both Raj and Ram 300 POINTS.

Shyam's and Raj's Decisions:

  • Shyam decides not to upgrade immediately.
  • Raj, however, upgrades to a paid plan within a month of signing up.
  • Ram's 300 POINTS balance from Raj’s referral becomes available for redemption because Raj upgraded.
  • Ram’s 300 POINTS balance from Shyam remains pending.

Outcome:

  • Ram benefits from Raj’s upgrade, earning 300 POINTS that he can redeem when he upgrades.
  • Ram still has a pending 300 POINTS balance from Shyam, pending Shyam's upgrade.
  • Shyam can upgrade whenever he chooses and use his 300 POINTS balance, while Raj enjoys the benefits of the paid plan with his discount.

In all cases, Ram effectively utilizes Hisab-Kitab's "Referral Bonus" program, showcasing the different scenarios and outcomes based on the actions of his referred friends.
